During peak wedding season, full galleries take about 6–8 weeks to deliver, each image edited, color graded, and polished by hand until it feels just right. Once everything’s ready, you’ll receive a PicTime gallery link with every image in high resolution—ready to download, share, and keep forever. If time is top of your priority list, a faster delivery option is available as a wedding add-on.

For all other sessions, turnaround is typically 3–4 weeks.

Every story looks a little different—every wedding, every family, every quiet in-between moment. The number of photos I deliver depends on the rhythm of the day, the light, the movement, and everything that unfolds in between. My promise: you’ll receive every image that tells the story well. Nothing important gets left behind.

For weddings, that usually means around 75–100 hand-edited images per hour—each one refined, true-to-color, and crafted to bring you right back to the moment.

For sessions like families, maternity, and newborns, you can expect a beautifully curated gallery of 50+ final images that feel as natural and layered as the day itself.

You’ll have full access to your PicTime gallery for one year after delivery. I always recommend immediately downloading your images to at least two safe places—a hard drive and a cloud service like Google Photos—so your memories live somewhere you can trust.

And please, don’t let them stay digital forever! Print them through your gallery’s shop, hang them, hold them, let them exist in the real world!

It’s collaborative from start to finish. On your consultation call, we’ll talk through what you value most—coverage, film, timing, the whole feel of the day—and build your collection around it. When you receive your proposal, you'll have the option to add-on to your heart's content, truly building a bespoke package. Think of it as a choose-your-own-adventure for your wedding story.

Absolutely, please do! You can add as many rolls of film as you’d like—each one holds 36 frames of color, light, and everything in between. Choose black and white, color, or a mix of both.

Both wedding collections already includes film, but if you love that tangible, nostalgic feel as much as I do, you'll want to consider the Silvergrain Collection. Of course, you can always add more rolls, too. Your film images will be scanned, edited, and delivered right alongside your digital gallery—seamless, cohesive, and full of texture.

Absolutely. I love collaborating with videographers and believe photo and film can complement each other beautifully. If you already have someone in mind, I’ll make sure we work seamlessly together throughout the day. A second shooter is included in The Silvergrain Collection, making sure every angle and in-between moment is captured.

For The Artisan Edit, a second shooter is an optional add-on. I’ll recommend it if it suits your timeline or vision, like when you want both perspectives of a first look or coverage in two places at once. They’re also helpful for creating more opportunities for creativity and candids in a final gallery! It’s all about building the right team for the way your day unfolds.

Travel within 60 miles of the Twin Cities is included. Beyond that, additional fees will apply for mileage, lodging, or airfare depending on location. I’ll always give you a clear estimate before you book.

For sessions, I skip sneak peeks so you get your full gallery even faster. It keeps the workflow smooth and the excitement fresh when everything arrives at once.
